the party continues

<p>On Wednesday19 October I went to the Vodacom 4 U store at Eastgate. There was a party atmosphere, lots of talking in groups.There were clients waiting but the numerous staff were more interested in socialising.Eventually someone asked me what i needed and directed me to the only staff member that was actually working.He sent me to someone else. Aftre being shuffled to 5 people I was getting annoyed</p> <p>There were 3 ladies standing at the cash desk. The one lady nudged the second lady and said there is a client waiting. She was messaging on her phone and even said she knew I was there but continues.I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasnt in. After still receiving no feedback by Friday even though I phoned him again on Thursday but still no rsponse. There must be a major party on the go.What a didsappointing Vodacom store</p>
