The number that you dial does not exists

<p>This is quite a strange one. I can make calls, the number that reflects on the phone that I am phoning is the correct number. However when you try calling the number the following voice message plays. "The number that your are calling does not exists" Now well Vodacom, how is this possible. I can't send SMS or receive SMS's. This started to happen after a sim swap. Since the 10 Nov 2016 and yet you can't resolve this. May you please be so kind and resolve your errors yet again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
