The most useless service provider

I layed a complaint last week on hellopeter about vodacom giving me a new phone and SIM card but the number of the new sim is someone else's telephone number. After numerous calls to vodacom every time they say they will let me know, still to this date, nothing is being done about this. I am going to go to the newspapers and publish my posts of this on the whole of the Internet showing people that vodacom just doesn't care!!!
