The most pathetic customer service companY

I have been calling through to the customer care service trying to get assistance with no luck , vodacom is the worst their service is pathetic

I called through several times when I eventually got “assistance” from Nkone kola who then advised me that I will receive a call from her leader Nomfudo Gazee this was at 10am and I was told I would receive a call back within an hour which should have been at 11am it’s now 12pm so what does one have to do to get service and help from this pathetic company

Wow so I finally get a call back AT 12:20 from the so called leader Nomfudo Gazee and yet again not even to my surprise because it’s just what I expected clear the service given by the junior analyst is something they learn from the leaders as she DROPPED THE CALL IN MY EAR !!! PATHETIC SERVICE COMING FROM A LEADER !!! Disgusted

It’s been 2 days later and still I wait for Assistance from vodacom the most pathetic network provider!!!!
