The most Greedy, disgusting, Toxic company you will ever have to deal with.
Vodacom has again been the thorn in my side. I think that you should have negative stars made just for this travesty of a company.
Three months after i CANCELLED my fibre line with them and paid in an amount for the router, they charge me again citing i didnt pay them the last bit of money. Never mind the fact that i only ever paid them money via debit so its not my fault but theirs. If this goes on VODACOM you will find yourself in court. You are the most disgusting company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They blamed me for the discrepancy and then told me one of the managers would give me a call. I AM STILL WAITING. Vodacom = *** Swill, and i do not apologize for saying that.

This is DAY 2 of absolutely no contact from them. Vodacom are the most pathetic company under the sun.
Stole my money then blamed me for it and now nothing. Yes, VODACOM STOLE MY MONEY! I wouldnt be surprised if the ANC ran them they seem to be just as *******.
