The most arrogent networke

<p>Vodacom the most arrogant and customer unfriendly network around. I have been with Vodacom since 1998 uniterrupted.</p> <p>I have been trying to upgrade on line but to no availl. The have sent me emails with referance number and stated that some one would cal me in 24 hours. I eventually call them on ********** 4 just to go throu the whole rigmaroll and then to be told she is on the old system i must now hold for a new opperator so i could go throu the whole rigmaroll again. You can thren them with going to a different network it doesnt matter to the they just dont care. Are they doing us a favourein allowing us to use their network?</p>
