The more Vodacom call me to fix their mistake the more they F up Royaly

Ref: ********** 1 & Ref: 1- ********** **********

Somewhere before or on 25 July 2017 at ±15H00 I got a call from Vodacom Retentions who offered me two options.

Option 1 (R79/month): R110 airtime + 1 Gig data + Caller ID

Option 2: (R139/month): R200 airtime + 2 Gig data + Caller ID

I opted for Option 1 @ R79/month which would not only kick in from 17 Aug 2017 but according to the agent, the next day at no extra or increased charges or double billing!!!!!!

That was a lie, the next day all airtime and data I had disappeared and whenever I did a balance check on my phone it would confirm I had no data and now no airtime. My new and current bill already puts me over R308 !!!!

I asked for a transcript of the call and Sebego Shole told me today (03/08/2017) at ±14H50 that I would need to go to a Vodacom store for this !!!!

Really?

What the hell is going on Vodacom?

Why was I **** to and mislead? Don't your staff know what they are doing or promising long standing clients?

I want answers from the CEO's desk once they have:

Listened to the call

Sspoken with the agent in question

Spoken to Robert Mphaphuli who is trying his level best to help..............much more understanding than Elsie in the Solutions Dept, Sebego Shole or Lucian !!!!!!!!

I will only deal with advisors from the CEO's desk

Lets see how long it takes Vodacom to ***** this up even more

I was left to believe that my current (albeit old) contract would end as per agreement on 16 Aug 2017 and the new R79/month contract would kick in on 17 Aug 2017 but because Vodacom failed to explain the actual process to me I'm now facing a bill of over R300.00

Go and listen to the calls made to and by me and fix your wrong doing

Dominique of Vodacom called me today (7 Aug 2017), told me we would be compensated and mistake made rectified.

WRONG

Next SMS I got read: "You purchased a Vodacom data bundle........................Your account has been debited with R599.00"

Are you guys on JustJuice?
