The Lying and Misleading network Vodacom
I have a horrible experience with this so called Network Vodacom, an experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience. Being misled by the network provider by phoning me and saying they are gifting me a phone and all of sudden the phone is not a gift but its their new way of marketing and selling their products by lying and misleading customers. Now i am paying for a phone that was said to be a gift and they went as far as disconnecting my lines without resolving the main issue.
I wish this review will be published for the entire country of South Africa to see that Vodacom has a new form of marketing i.e misleading and lying to people. Should people want new phones or do upgrades they rather go to Vodacom branches and not accept anything over the phone to avoid what i am dealing with and they should know that what is important to Vodacom is money and not the feelings of the customers.
People of South Africa should be aware of this thing the service provider is now doing. Don’t accepting anything over the phone from Vodacom and its employees otherwise you will regret doing that. This i will inform everyone i come across with to be aware of Vodacom misleading ways and lies.
Thank you
