The lies!

So yesterday i get on to the Vodacom app trying to buy data as per usual, but i struggled because the app was experiencing "technical issues" ( that happens often), anyway I finally manage to buy data and i choose 100MB for R29 which according to Vodacom i should get an extra free 100MB because I used the app. To my surprise when i checked my balance later during the day i only got 100MB. Later when I got home i contact their call centre and explained my story, a query was logged for me and i received a reference number. Now, this morning i was told that my query was resolved and that I was allocated that outstanding 100MB, Great! Let me check my balance and guess what!? the 100MB was indeed allocated but what happened to the remainder of the data I had yesterday!? I was supposed to have approximately 180MB but i only had a 100MB. So I contact their call centre again and spoke to a lady by the name of Kutlwano and she tells me that the data i had yesterday was depleted because i was on the internet(the go-to answer when they dont have answers) which is untrue. When that didnt fly with me she said the 100MB that i queried yesterday was not yet allocated, which was also not true, because i received a confirmation SMS informing me that the 100MB was allocated and that my case was solved and closed. Ok now Kutlwano still couldnt explain what happened to my data and instead of saying " let me try to find out what happened" she told me her system is not loading my info properly( another go-to answer) and that she would call me back. That was 6 hours ago and im still waiting for her call. You made the promise to double my data, i didnt ask for it....Not only is your app problematic and slow, its clearly very inefficient and highly flawed! Dont make promises you cant keep, but then again your consultants are also doing the same! Vodacom and broken promises......Same Whatsapp group
