I just had a lovely experience dealing with one of your agents .Vaneshri Pillay I'm not easily convinced. I was dead set on not renewing or upgrading my contract . Any way I didn't see a necessity . She Assured me that the deal that she will provide me is better for me. And somehow she convinced me and she makes a great retention agent. And I think she should be awarded as such. Upgrading again in November with her. And I will only deal with her moving forward and she has really put peace of mind in me because she also picked up there was some issues on my profile. Something regarding s migration which I'm not sure what happened there as was not authorized by me. But she's busy investigating it hopfully at the moment. Because it's something that I didn't do and somehow was on my profile but I just like to say thank you to her and you guys at Vodacom. Should really award her with something . Coming from a banking call center environment going on 12 years collectively. I can say with confidence. She's one of the best out there. The reason it's only 4 stars it would have been 5 is because I'm waiting to upgrade in November and I would just like to see how that process goes.But for now it would have been five if it was November already.
