The lady who was helping me was arrogant & bossy

I was upgrading my phone on contract, they gave me a faulty samsung note 4 phone, I brought it back within 7 days and they called me to come and collect the new phone, I did not have the receipt, with an attitude they told me to forget it, I won't get the phone, I had my ID book but still they didn't want to help me, i complaint she gave me attitude and forced me to watch a video of myself getting a receipt a week ago, yes I got it and I misplaced it, but can you please help, I have been using vodacom for over 10 years, and nobody deserve to be treated the way she treated me.
