The joke that is the vodacom app

Why does Vodacom bring out their pathetic phone app? It's beyond confusing. I bet it was designed by a committee, and a drunk one at that. It's an utter mess and completely confusing. Their previous attempt, "my vodacom", at least made sense. Even as a system designer and programmer, i cannot make heads or tails of what they're attempting to do with the mess they currently have on the play store. It tries to do everything but all it does is confuse and blunder.

I just bought R131of airtime. It doesn't seem to show up anywhere. Sometimes the balances don't even show up. Who knows where my R131 has ended up. What an utter garbage system. As a designer and programmer, I'd hang my head in shame if i brought out this drivel and as the board of Vodacom, I'd be firing a bunch of people.
