The job numbers ***9 the phone was booked by Jan Ledwaba on the 24/03/2018

Hello Peter I've taken out a contact with Vodacom on the 24th of March 2018 and the phone after two weeks just decided to switch off. I took the phone back to the store for repairs 22-04-2018 to only find out that the phone wasn't fixed on the 19-05-2018 , reason being that the FMI was on and no communication was sent to us that I have to switch of FMI but . That the phone needs to be deactivated.

On the 19 -05-2018 I even called the store and I spoke to one of the technicians there and I asked if the phone was fixed and I should come collect it ,the technicians said yes it's fixed you can come collect it ,when I get to the store the phone needs to be deactivated.

The phone was deactivated.. I called the store to notify them and they said to me they will send the phone for repairs and the store manager promised me that he will speed up the phone for me. Yesterday I called Vodacom repairs at four ways and I was told that the phone won't be fixed it will be sent back to the store ,because it doesn't have proof of purchase. I had to call the store and request them to send the proof of purchase to the repair shop in four ways , I even spoke to the store manager on what's app and he said the proof of purchase was sent to repairs .I then contacted repairs to only find out the phone is still not fixed and it sent back to green stone store due to proof of purchase ,so which means I have to wait another month to receive my phone and for Vodacom to debit my account and fail to do their job and on top of that the lies about the phone.

Reviewer Update
********** 9 I wrote a review about Vodacom yesterday ,concerning my phone and I received a call from this number,082 275 97 around 3:19pm that they will look into the matter and call me back ,today morning 10:08Am received a call from Vodacom shop in green stone to come fetch my phone , I went there today 04:00 and the phone was taken back for repairs. Can Vodacom do something about this or just cancel the contract ! Cause am paying for a phone that I don't have and Vodacom fails to deliver or live up to their promises.
