The infamous Vodacom insurance

It has been 2 months and Vodacoms repair pledge is that a phone will take 14-21 days but guess what phone still not fixed (Vodacom Repairs Centre Shop no.2 Agent Patricia) What is irritating is that Vodacom fixed my Husband's phone without fail which by the way is under the same insured plan. When selling a contract they don't mention things as don't use a different SIM card in the purchased phone, only surfaces when a claim is submitted, which according to me is dictating to me on how to use a phone that I purchased and to which I refer too as total *******. Furthermore the agents helping are non professional and rude. This contract was upgraded at Kilarney Mall Vodacom. It ludacris that the insurance can give a paying customer the run around over an insured screen. Pity I did not take before and after pictures but when I sent the phone in for repaires it had 1 broken line on the screen and now it's has 3 but for now I'll put that on the shelf. For now guess who I'll be calling Vodacom "The ombudsman" oh and 702 and other media houses will be hearing about your sordid insurance tactics.

Khumo Ditibane
