The impossible task of Vodacom online upgrades

<p>I could write a 400 page book on the struggle over two weeks to get a upgrade done via Vodacom, vodacom has the phone, and excuse after excuse after excuse. Absolutely pathetic . I even got told to cancel the upgrade and redo it . Also got told no upgrade was done by one consultant, that then went to say there is no stock, but the phone in the warehouse.????</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom and MTN has better deals than the package i want to get but cause i have been with Vodacom i wanted to do upgrade but two weeks of pathetic useless excuses is not worth it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last excuse as of the 24 November 2016 is that RAM the courier.</p> <p> </p>
