the IMEI no: for the Y5 is ***,ITC no is ***3,cell number is *** & the ref no from SAPS is14/12/2020
On the 8th December 2020 my son was ****** and two of his cell phones were taken i.eHUAWEI Y5 PRIME 2018 AND HUAWEI Y6P.Only the Y5 was insured and the premiums are up to date the other one was not yet insured because I only got it last month. I contacted Vodacom to claim on the insured one but was told that my claim was declined because the contract sim card was not in the device at the time. My question now is why was I not told when I took the insurance that the simcard must always be in the device and I just got an upgrade from Vodacom how was I going to use two phones with one sim card?
