The Ghosts: Fayden & Sheryl Moodley
Sheryl, No, the email did not find me well. I just tried to phone you, but again you were not available.
Fayden made an appointment to see me this morning at 11:00. I cancelled other appointments in order to be here. At 13:00 Faydan was still a no show, and I had to leave.
At 13:54 I received the following message:
Good Afternoon, Mr Strydom...I'm not sure if my Team Leader/Manager gave you a call because on my way to Paradise Beach I had car trouble and was stuck just on a spot where I had no signal. I had to wait for Roadside assistance. I'm extremely sorry. I'm trying to get hold of Billy Jackson as well I spoke to him late yesterday. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I'm trying to make a plan to get to Paradise Beach.
We now want immediate answers on the following:
1. Your email, dated 2 September 2021 states: “The network team is working on the matter and the Nokia is busy modernising the site.” This is not factual and a blatant lie. Nothing was done and they were not modernising the site. This was confirmed by Faydan when he phoned me on Friday, 10 September 2021. 2. When I last spoke to you, you undertook to escalete the matter of a refund / compensation to the list of clients. You have not come back to me on this issue. 3. The issue is still not resolved, and was reported on 31 August 2021 (although this issue has been ongoing for a year). That leaves another 7 days for the issue to be fully resolved to a service the clients pay for dearly, before we will formally lay a complaint with Icasa.
This matter needs your urgent attention, and obviously it is not important to you. Not only is it a tremendous bad reflection on your portfolio, but does it not compare in the slightest to the document on Vodacom’s website regarding company policy.
