The flawed tablet with 200MB promotion

I bought a vodacom tablet on promotion at pep store on saturday. The promotion says the tablet comes with free data. At the store they said the data will be loaded when the sim has been registered. That was Saturday and I still don't have the data. I called vodacom, went back to the store and called vodacom again but still no data. Instead I'm dealing with a lot of *********** call centre agents who don't even know about this promotion. I then called customer care again and they say I must call some *** for the agents and ask how to get this data. I mean really! At this moment this tablet is useless and I certainly won't buy any data that when I'm supposed to get free data. Can someone out there please ensure that I receive this data. If not, I will gladly return this tablet and demand my refund. I will not struggle like this for something that is already paid for! Disgruntled customer!
