The deaf leading the blind.

I have been a Vodacom client for the past 17 years, since the day I got my first phone. I have never changed my number, never ported it and I have never had any issues until the end of 2016. Since then, I have been unable to hold a conversation as EVERY SINGLE CALL has been dropped! I cannot complete a call and I run two businesses from my main contract number. I always have to make sure I am close to my landline in order to return every dropepd call. I have had SMS messages from Vodamom stating they see plenty of dropped calls and I get 10 free Vodacom to Vodacom minutes...The irony of this is cringeworthy as I cannot utilise these 10 mins even if I tried. I have furthermore had calls from head office ( a female that follows up once a month on average) stating my problem is "poor reception in my area". Yes the problem is worse at home, but I work in the middle of PE and I cannot hold a call. The phone has been inspected, no problems there. Its a network problem...a Vodacom problem. Every time I get a call to resolve the issue, the call gets dropped before I can give my landline number...I cannot call the call centre from my vodacom line as it gets dropped! I cannot phone my voicemail as even that gets dropped! Please!!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is what will follow...(and I made this empty threat a while ago but this time I swear on my children's lives.) Vodacom has got until Friday next week..Otherwise I will utilise every online platform to share this message. I will even make a sign for the road if I need to! I am a small business owner and I need my phone to operate. I am due an upgrade on my business contract for more than a year, but I won't commit until this is sorted...If by next Friday this is not fixed, you will lose this customer forever and I will damage your name as best I can from then onwards every opportunity I get. Go review my number , its ********** - there are PLENTY of calls logged, complaints etc and NOTHING has been done in more than 6 months. Patience is officially at empty!
