The Data Bundle that cannot be cancelled

This is a e-mail I wanted to send to Vodacom, but for some reason Vodacom has disabled e-mailing them:

I live and work in Zambia now. I have been doing so since March 2017. While I was still living in SA, I had a 1gb reoccurring data bundle on my contract. Soon after arriving in Zambia, I went onto My Vodacom, and cancelled this reoccurring data bundle. To my surprise, come the next month, I was still being billed for it. So, over the coming months, I tried time upon time to cancel this bundle online, without success. Phoning Vodacom from Zambia, was also not an option. So, come September 2017, and we are on Holiday in SA, and I decided to walk to a Vodacom shop in a mall in Bloemfontein, to not only cancel the bundle, but also get a new sim card, as I lost it at some point during the past 5 months. So, I did a sim swop, and the friendly Vodacom employee in the store ensured me that the data bundle will be cancelled. Well, low and behold, end of October comes rolling along, and guess what, I am still being charged for a data bundle I never use.

So before sending this message to you, I went to Billing, My Services, View All Data on the My Vodacom site once more, and clicked that ominous "Deactivate" link, hoping, that somehow, magically, I will not be paying for a service that I do not use anymore. But I do not have much hope for that, after trying for a year to **** this data bundle that seems to have more lives than a cat.

So please, for all that is holy and just in the world, please remove the 1gb data bundle from my contract on number: 082******X. You have taken enough of my money without me using the service...
