The case of missing data without explanation!

I took up a new data contract with Vodacom on the 12/05/2017 to use for business, predominantly emails. In a span of less than 12 days, I could not access the internet as my data had apparently depleted. Thinking this an almost impossibility, I called Vodacom customer services who told me that this was the case. I explained that my usage is minimal and asked Vodacom to please send me a breakdown of how the data was utilised - something I was told they cannot do, and would have to refer me to their back office. All the while i could not access important client emails. This call took place 2 days ago, and I am still awaiting a response.

To compound matters, I checked the only 2 devices I have linked the Wifi ****le to for usage, and their combined Wifi usage for the past 30 days (since before I took up the contract), is stated at less than 2GB. How then is it that I used 10GB per Vodacom's assertions.

This kind of unaccountable behaviour on the part of data providers simply has to stop! In almost every other industry there are accurate constrols and transparency when it comes to usage, with the exception of the network provides in our country.

I am still unable to logon, and refuse to top-up my data for fear (yes fear) that this company continues to use data without my being able to validate its use. I have been with Vodacom for the past 10 or more years and it is sad that they continue to remain unaccountable, and as expensive as what they are over all these years.

I am demanding a response as a matter of utter urgency!!
