I went to Vodacom at Wonderboom junction in Pretoria; I got un upgrade on my phone contract that was on 19/05/2025.
Intially I couldn't pot for the sim card. I went bak to the VodaCom shop in Wonderboom, the lady who assisted me with the contract then open it and inserted the sim card, switche dteh phone on awith all teh necessary settings
I then turned on the phone Samsung A26. when after uploaded the previous Apps fron the old phone it reqauiets forthe gmail address and all was updated. th ephone requested for my facial recognition that was done as soon as i was to input the bio-metrics the phone reqiured the upgrade of which i allowed when it came back it requestd for the password that i didn't provide.
When that could not be addressed due to the unavailability of the password teh phone then requasted to be logged on to from 10 minutes to now two days.
I was asked to return and after teh phone couldn't open i was required to pay a further R250. of which i refuse in order to flush the information to restore factory settings
I am not willing to pay that they woyuld rather terminate the contract since int is still one day old
