The Black Hole
Trying to terminate a contract but it is like pulling hens teeth. Various sources tell you to email retentions.cancellations@vodacom .co.za but mails come back as undeliverable. Tried *** and *** aswell in desperation but no reponse. I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect and I want the number converted to prepaid.

08 Aug 2020, 11:49I was eventually contacted by A Vodacom consultant and she eventually convinced me to keep the contract open by adding various products for free or at discounted prices..basically giving me more for the same price. I accepted the offer but when I looked on my profile, some of the product additions are missing. I am now notifying Vodacom that I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect. I have not utilized anything on the account since as I am not in the country and do not even have the number with me. I have tried to contact Vodacom on the so called "Online Chat" on the app only to find that it is an email response which will be given or another phone call probably once the 5 day cooling off period has expired no doubt.
