The Big Corporate that's too big to care: Vodacom

I havent been able to make outgoing phonecalls from my cellular phone now for almost three weeks. I've called Vodacom about ten times, each time they have promised to help and each time they fail to deliver. Last week Thursday they promised to call back with a solution but this never came to fruition.

So I called them eventually - only to find that they had closed my issue and marked it as resolved knowing full well that it wasnt.

The social media team have promised to call/help etc. but they have been about as useful as a cereal bowl with a hole down the middle.

Today I decided to go in to an outlet and guess what - they couldnt help me either. "Servers down".

The person I dealt with was unhelpful and didnt seem to bothered to offer me any kind of solution. She even offer to take my details so that she could assist me when the servers are back up. The sad part is that I spend about 2 000 a month on my contract - and for that money I'm getting a whole lot of nothing from Vodacom.

I'm dissapointed that the one cellphone brand I've stayed loyal too has proven to be this unhelpful.
