The best network?

Vodacom advertises as one of the best networks, if not the best. They advertise that their coverage is everywhere, you see it in all their ads. I live in Bosmont, Johannesburg & we struggle to get a good signal for internet. I called on 20/10/15 to lodge a complaint & it's 11/11/15 & I have not received feedback of any sort... This has been going on for years. I've had enough & will be changing networks to MTN coz they're everywhere you go...
