The abuse is beyond fathom...it just won't stop

Second review after one month. I cancelled in February...They wouldn't stop charging. I complained in April...they asked for info. I gave the info. They still won't stop charging, they haven't stopped invoicing.

The number should be deactivated by now as it has been inactive for more than 2 months as they informed me and yet they will still not stop charging me. Who runs this company? Do they use the Consumer protection act as toilet paper? CPA part C clause 21 (1) (b) (ii), this is an unsolicited service as I terminated the agreement 2018-02-19 and yet I keep getting invoiced? For 3 months?

Just stop breaking consumer law, stop invoicing, get your departments in order, finish the cancellation and refund the 3 months' unsolicited service. You've had three months, you know of this problem based on the last complaint response and yet have still not stopped invoicing A DEACTIVATED NUMBER THAT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS. You couldn't even tell the invoicing department: "Hey, maybe stop squeezing down until we get our paperwork in order, since we can see there's been a mistake..."

The degree of consumer abuse is absolutely breathtaking...just stop. Please anybody know this company just won't stop, even when they know something is wrong, they just won't stop.
