I had a very great experience with Vodacom today. Am currently out of the country and was struggling to do my month end transactions. I contacted the Vodacom Facebook page and the response was almost instant. I was referred to the Social Media Team. I was assisted by Jabulile Nazo who gave the most stellar service.
