Thanks Vodacom

I started with the porting process as soon as my contract with Cell C came to an end. I anticipated that this would be a painful process as I went to Vodashop in Alberton and the consultants did not advise me on the correct process.<br> <br> I contacted Vodacom directly via the chat function on their website and a consultant gave me the link to the site where all the info was recorded. I sent my port sms the same day and within 24 hours my number was ported from Cell C.<br> <br> Thank you so much. I now have full signal, no dropped calls and even received 1gb of data from them. I have been with Vodacom for around 15 years and will definitely recommend them to everyone.
