Thanks to Vodacom I was a victim of Sim swap *****

Thanks to Vodacom *********** call centre recording I was a victim of Sim card swap *****. I received a call from Thembalani Lotha on *** and *** he said he is from Vodacom and someone wanted to do a swim swap on my no. and had to ask me security question. I answered and as I was answering him I was receiving sms's from Vodacom regarding a swim swap, that's what made me believe him. He requested me to switch off my phone after the call, lucky reality kicked in and I didn't. I called Vodacom on 082135 to enquire the validity of the call and went on their website, none of these platform assisted me in reporting this suspension, I tried from about 10:40 but no luck. At about 2pm I realised that my phone had no network, I then rushed to Vodacom at Alberton City to find heartless people with no customer care. I believe that Vodacom is promoting such syndicates due to them being unreachable to us to report such suspicions.
