Outstanding service by PATRICK THABANG MAKENA on customer care helpline. PATRICK went beyond my expectations sort out a connection problem on my new tablet. He made at least five follow up calls to ensure I was satisfied with his advice. Well done young man and thanks for your patience with a 78 year old customer. Gerry H
