Thanks for nothing.

On 23 August I wrote a review to Vodacom regarding an unscroupelous VASP who depleted my account on ********** 364 which is on an unattended Sim card, used for a 4G device. I did not see or autherise any deduction from any SMS. I complained that Vodacom had failed to protect my interest. I also sugested that Vodacom should disable VASP requests as a matter of default and only allow confirmation by means of a OTP as the banks do. Vodacom reimbursed me, or so I thought. It appears that Vodacom used a voucher to reimburse me on a use or loose basis, because the money they put back was promptly forfeited. When I bought air time, I did not buy a voucher, I put in hard cash. Why would it be OK for Vodacom to take away money I paid into that aacount. If it was wrong for an unscoupeous VASP to do so, why is it OK for Vodacom to do the same. Can they be trusted with air time bought?

Vodacom clearly did not understand what I wrote. My complaint has NOTHING to do with as WASP, but with Vodacom who reimbursed me with avoucher for money lost due to their poor administration. They have not called me as promised. Please get someone who can understand plain English to respond to my complaint.
