I would like to thank Vodacom via Hellopeter to solve my problem , they gave me my refund back, the only think now they must fix my name with their IT cause on clear score its says I am owing Vodacom R699,clearly if I was not fighting or writing to Hellopeter they will not take me serious . Thanks to Hellopeter to take our complains serious .
