THANK YOU VODACOM FOR THE PATHETIC SERVICE!

<p>Why have a sign at the store door regarding operating hours if your staff don't adhere by them? Working at the mall I'm aware of most of the stores operating hours. VODACOM MAFIKENG MALL is suppose to close at 18:00 according to the obviously now false operating hours sign. Intending on going to the store after work I was shocked to find the doors closed and consultants getting ready to leave at 17:30, checking my watch and like a idiot knocking on the door saying its only 17:30 only to be shoo'ed away by the two ladies in the store saying we're closed. I am appauled and disgusted by this kind of service! Being a client for over 10years this is not the kind of service I expect from a big corporation. Ironically I'm due to upgrade my contract next month if this is what Vodacom chooses to offer its clients I might as well change networks. THANKS AGAIN VODACOM MAFIKENG MALL FOR THE PATHETIC SERVICE YOU MADE MY DAY :)</p>
