Thank You Vodacom for eventually treating me like a Customer you wanted to keep!

After almost a month my query was eventually resolved.

I have increased my rating from 1 start to three because after having experienced extremely bad service I was eventually treated extremely well.

The staff that eventually dealt with my query were very professional and kept to their word when ever they said that they would call me back.

They also took the time to follow up after the query was resolved to see if I was assisted
