Thank you Vodacom!

This is an overall expression of great appreciation for how Vodacom conducts their business with me as an individual consumer.

I have been with Vodacom since my first cellphone in 2001 as a student at university. I felt that I should just pass my gratitude for the manner in which this company has been so consistently excellent in delivering service.

I say this because of the following reasons: 1. I never take long to get my query phone call answered 2. When I get to speak to an agent, it is always a great pleasure where I even get more advise and solutions than what I originally called for. 3. My self esteem always goes up when dealing with Vodacom. I feel like I am important and when an agent says I am important as their customer, I believe them because that is how treat treat me.

For once I write a positive review that I strongly believe is deserved by the company.
