Thank you Vodacom for responding to my complaint. Everything is back to normal and better. My phone is working and my upgrade has been restored, I appreciate all the efforts made by all staff members involved. From the guy who responded from my hello Peter post, to the upgrades department supervisor as well as Mondli also from the upgrades department. Thank you all! Continue assisting others as well.
