Thank you to Vodacom and Samsung for sorting out my complaint.
I submitted a review for Vodacom and Samsung a few weeks ago with regards to service delivery. All the relevant depatments contacted me and sorted out my complaint very efficiently. I would now like to compliment Vodacom and Samsung for the way they sorted out my complaint and the manner in which Sheryl from Vodacom and Shannon from Samsung handled everything. Thanks to Samsung for the promotional items and delivery as well from Adam. .
