Great customer experience received from two awesome individuals from Vodacom. I called Vodacom for advice regarding my renewed contract. After many attempts of trying to access the cancellations/upgrades contact number, i finally managed to speak to someone at customer care that really was willing to listen and understand me from where i was coming from. Thanda went and extra mile not just to transfer me to who i could talk to, but actually gave the other person a proper briefing about my case. Thanda transferred me to Cebisile who was equally helpful and understanding of my situation. Cebisile then advised me on how to alleviate the challenge i had with my contract. She offered me a solution, which will greatly improve my situation. Thanks Cebisile. Thanda, phoned back later on, to check whether my problem was resolved. This is really not what other people would do, once they transfer you to another person , you are no longer their problem. They are done with you.
