I just want to commend Sli Zwane ***) , team leader from the fibre department for her utmost professionalism and patience. Previous consultant made an error with configuration and I was offi line for over 3 hours, which 2 of those were spent with Sli on the phone. She was calm, reassuring and still held her professionalism. And for that, I want Vodacom to know.
