I need to express my gratitude to Mr. Werner Dunn of Vodacom Repairs Fourways Mall for his commitment to excellent service and going the extra mile to make the experience I had with a faulty phone so much more bearable than I had anticipated. He communicated with me daily with an update and assisted in resolving my phone issue that I had to send in more than once for attention.
