I would like to sincerely commend Mr Sipho Nkosi for the outstanding service he provided me today, 24 February 2026. After two frustrating weeks of trying to get assistance from Vodacom, I was truly relieved to finally connect with someone who genuinely cared. Mr Nkosi was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He handled my query efficiently and with such kindness that I felt valued as a customer.

Vodacom would do well to use Mr Nkosi as a prime example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Mr Nkosi, for ensuring this “old lady” walked away satisfied and smiling. A warm round of applause to you!
