I had a terrible experience at Vodacom as nobody was assisting me for months. When I had almost reached my wits end, I spoke to a consultant by the name of Tyrese Govender. We spoke on the Thursday, he called me back early on Friday to confirm that everything is in order and that I would receive my phone within 72 working hours. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my phone early on Monday morning. Thank you Mr Govender for your excellent service. Vodacom should be grateful to have employees like you while the majority do not know about customer care. Much appreciated
