This review is specifically for Mr. Faiek Mohamed. I have been trying to do a contract cancellation with Vodacom for months and received no satisfactory response from any of the people that I talked to (all who have been named in previews reviews on this platform).

Mr. Faiek Mohamed was the first person from Vodacom who contacted me within 24 hours and he followed up on a regular basis, providing me with updates. He was always very friendly, yet professional and resolved my issue within a week.

If Vodacom had more caring, responsive staff members like Mr. Faiek Mohamed, I probably would not have cancelled my contract and replaced it with a Vodacom fibre contract, instead of going to another service provider.
