After numerous attempts to get the upgrade finalised, and unhappy emails, the only person that went out of her way to assist me through this experience was Lindie, she kept constant communication, and really went out of her way to assist even after hours. It took her just 1 day to sort the query out, that others have been struggling with for more than a month. She called me at 17h30 yesterday to let me know that the phone was now in stock and that it will be delivered today , and it was!
