I recently logged a complaint about the poor service I received at three vodacom branches in Gauteng, I have been experiencing problems with my phone, which still persisted since. Jonathan at the gateway store had been very patient and efficient in assisting with the repairs /updates etc required on my phone and I would like to commend him for the very professional manner in which he assisted me with my queries. Well done!
