Thank you is in order for a change

Randal phoned me on 8 April 2021 in response to my numerous unresolved complaints since 1 December 2021. His service was exceptional. He listened patiently without interrupting me and went through everything with me step-by-step. He sent me the correct split invoices, changed my email address on the back-end and the contract has been cancelled as requested. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to him for a job well done.
