Thank you for feedback however you need better security systems to stop unauthorized upgrades in-house.

I would like to increase my review to say thank you for always getting back to me and providing feedback and a resolution. Your systems however need work to avoid your employees from conducting upgrades without customers’ consents. I understand they want sales but it’s so *********. I have read reviews on this page and it seems to be a common problem all round. But I appreciate resolving my issue. I trust I won’t have any issues again.
