Thank you for a wonderful service to Steven. I was assisted by several ppl but you were the only one who resolved my query in less than 5 minutes. It's so good to be assisted by ppl who know their work. Another thing that I like was the way He greated me, He said welcome to Vodacom you are through to Steven how may I help you. This gave me a chance to great him by his name and then introduce myself. I hate how all the other agents say "welcome to vodacom your through to so and so who am I speaking to?" I just think it's rude. I thought they were all taught to greet like that until I meet Steven. You deserve more than recognition. You have really outdone yourself. Keep it up.
