Thank You Fazlin!

My husband used my car today, and I rushed out for a meeting on Kloof Street, Cape Town. Not realising I forgot to charge my phone, by the time my meeting ended, my phone was dead and I could not call an Uber to get me home. After waiting to see if I could hail a cab on the street, a good 45 minutes later I realised it wasn't going to happen.

I went into the Vodacom Shop, wanting to but a phone battery that would charge it so I could get home. Fazlin let me know that she only had Samsung batteries, and could not sell me anything to charge my iPhone.

But she took my phone, plugged it into an iPhone charger in the shop, and handed it back to me when it was a few percent charged, which enabled me to get home.

I am a Vodacom contract customer and I was so grateful that Fazlin was prepared to do this for me.

Vodacom, this is the kind of small act by staff that completely ups your brand, reputation and service.

I would very much like to suggest that Fazlin is reviewed for a salary increase or bonus.

Thank you Fazlin!
