Thank you Aaisha Hendriks

I would like to thank Aaisha Hendriks, who helped me yesterday with the problem I had with my number that got abruptly disconnected from the Vodacom network two weeks ago. She took her time in assisting me through my frustrations, did all she could to troubleshoot the error. This is after the IT and engineers had tried unsuccessfully to reconnect me.

She went out of her way to follow-up with me this morning to check if I am indeed connected, for this reason I will remain a loyal Vodacom client. I hope that all call centre agents at Vodacom had the same level of customer service and courtesy. Thank you so much Aaisha Hendriks :-)
